He arrived in Puerto Rico when he was two years old, proud product of a single mother household and Puerto Rico’s public educational system. He is passionate about social justice, post-colonial theory, and has worked on independent projects concerning Black Representation in Puerto Rico’s media. Currently he is conducting research in race theory, and how it develops in the context of Puerto Rico.
